DreamBazaar, which focuses on the climate crisis, the search for a sense of belonging and the power of mutual care, tells the story of Adem, who is striving to nurture the last remaining plant on Earth. Adem is trying to nurture a final glimmer of hope in order to bring back the rain and revive the rainbow, a symbol of life.
This movement-based theatre piece is a dynamic stage performance that directly engages the audience and transforms them into co-creators of a ritual experience.
DreamBazaar; after premiering at Koma Sahnesi / Istanbul in 2018, it had to suspend its performances due to the pandemic. DreamBazaar was staged at the ‘Green Spaces Festival’ at NDSM in Amsterdam, the Venice Theatre Festival and the International Sinop Biennale.
