Sevgili Arsız Ölüm - Dirmit
We follow the struggles of a large family who have migrated from the village to the city, as seen through the eyes of the youngest daughter, Dirmit. Crammed into their one-room flat, each of them finds their own way to hold on to city life. Dirmit, however, thanks to her insatiable curiosity and resilience, discovers various ways to cope with the challenges she faces. Her mother Atiye, her father Huvat and her brothers, who are trying to protect her from the city, are wary of Dirmit’s various approaches and, guided by customs and traditions, place all manner of obstacles in her path. But does Dirmit give up? No, she doesn’t!
