About the Workshop
A one-hour dance workshop where children can discover movement, music and creativity.
In this workshop, children will:
– discover their bodies
– establishes a connection with rhythm and movement
– experience the joy of creating together
The lesson takes place in a fun and safe environment, where children can move about freely.
Age Range
Suitable for children aged 8–12.
Project Leader
Barış Sezen Sezgin
She began her journey in dance at an early age with ballet, jazz and drama.
She is currently studying at the Contemporary Dance Department of the Istanbul State Conservatoire, Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts.
She is currently studying contemporary dance and ballet at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (MUK).
She is also a member of the MAD (Movement Art Design) Dance Theatre, where she takes part in active creative processes.
Important Note
This workshop is a one-off session.
The rest of the programme will be determined based on participants’ interests.
